Below is the resume attachment dialog with a MS Word resume selected,
This is similar to what the dialog would look like if there were resumes in rtf, html, and txt formats. The format of the resume would be attached in its native type. Below is a dialog with a JobTabs resume selected,
All formats are available and are created on the fly.
If you have been editing your resume in MS Word, your resume is kept as an MS Word document and will be sent in the standard doc format. The same can be said if you maintain your resume as rtf, txt or html document. They are maintained in their native formats and sent/uploaded in those formats. As you select each resume the framed dialog will enable those formats from which you have to choose. If you use the JobTabs word processor, you have the option of selecting from any of the formats offered. This includes MS Word, RTF (Rich Text Format), Unicode Text, ANSI Text, and HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language). All you have to do is select the format you want to use and JobTabs will attach the resume in the format selected.
